Mentoring
The mentors will interact with the youth and their family so that there can be an empowering, nurturing relationship to improve the child's life. As the program expands, there will be sites that provide mentoring programs for all their participants. The interaction between the youth and mentors is rendered in several different settings. Several adults will meet in small groups for one-on-one mentoring. Also, there will be different variations of mentoring. This will include going on trips, etc.
