Detention Center Outreach

There will be juvenile detention centers that receive outreach from the sites. Members of the clergy and volunteers from each faith-based facility will go to the juvenile detention center to offer spiritual support and counseling to incarcerated youth. The staff will walk through the city's detention center and dialogue with the youth that are incarcerated. Conversations are informal and will often touch on such subjects as upcoming hearings, what residents plan to do when they leave, and changes they want to make in their lives.
